Attorney Johnson is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization  in the areas of Civil Trial Law, Personal Injury Trial Law and Workers' Compensation Law.  Although not currently certified in the area of Criminal Law, Attorney Johnson is a former prosecutor and is currently approved to receive criminal case appointments in Collin County, Texas.  Attorney Johnson is also a former insurance defense attorney but currently prefers to limit his practice to helping private individuals that have been injured on or off the job or that have been charged with or convicted of a criminal offense.
